Lourenço grew up forty metres from the water in Ericeira. He started shaping at sixteen in his uncle’s garage and never really stopped. Today he runs WAVECASTER out of a converted stone fish-cleaning shed on the cliffs above Coxos.
Every board he sells is one he’s shaped himself — by hand, start to finish, no CNC pass. He’ll sit with you over a coffee in town and ask about your home break before he ever touches a blank. That’s the whole thing.

Shape
Lourenço pulls a foam blank and hand-shapes it over 4–6 hours in the bay. Photos sent throughout.
Glass
Glassed, sanded, and polished in-house with 4+4 oz cloth and a hand-foiled fin set of your choosing.
Pickup
Collect from the shop in Ericeira, or we ship anywhere — boxed, insured, and signed inside the stringer.
